| Victoria Falls was as
amazing as my tour guide books said it was. The Falls actually go into a deep canyon,
offering unique scenery and a mini-rainforest on the opposite side of the gorge. I'm not
much of photographer but it seems like most of my pictures of the falls turned out great.
I guess it's impossible to take bad pictures of something so beautiful.
Devil's Gorge and it's perpetual rainbow.
Just a small part
of the huge expanse
of Victoria Falls.
A view of the falls from the helicopter.
You can see the mist coming out the gorge from 20 miles away.
That's me. Unfortunately, the person who took the
picture didn't get much of the falls in. I have on a backpack, a fanny pack, and both a
camera case and a binocular case around my neck! What a tourist dweeb!
Due to the heavy mist, the trail we walked through was like a
miniature rainforest in the middle of the desert. It was lush and green. There were parts
where you would get soaked from the mist.
